  • Customer service wasn't as great. I been to this location twice and my experience the first time was much better. My 2nd time here, I wasn't offered a refreshment, the hair stylist was a bit boring and hardly spoke, some of the stylists seemed stuck up. My hair came out good in the end, she offered to cut my hair at her other salon, gave her a day; she agreed for the following Friday. Mentioned a time to her (around 9am), and she said she was working at primp and blow and if it was possible to have a earlier time. Told her 8am and she was still a little hesitant....If I was a hair stylist and was making an appointment with someone I would do everything I can to fit my schedule around the customers....I never ended up getting a haircut by her, but my blow out came out nice. I would consider the camelback phx location better.
