  • I absolutely LOVE this facility! They have top-notch coaching and programming that provides a challenge to the more advanced athlete, yet is easily scaleable for beginners. I've only worked with Drew, Lexi, and Ivan so far. As coaches, they know exactly how to motivate you without being aggressive or intimidating about it. As far as equipment, they have pretty much everything under the sun that you can think of--barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, yokes, sandbags, sleds etc., so aside from getting really strong, rest assured I've become a much more well-rounded athlete. Bonus points for everything being clean and well taken care of. Thank you Drew for opening this gym, and for sharing your knowledge and passion for cross training with our local community!
