  • My son takes his Honda Civic Sport to AutoNation to get a tire today 5/26/18. He got a nail in the wall and can't be fixed. My husband spoke with Chris yesterday, 5/25/18 to order the tire. They get there for opening this morning and the serviceman takes the tire off the rim and comes to find out the new tire isn't there to replace. After an hour the ServiceRep comes to my husband and son to offer them a loner for the day. Since no one ordered the new tire for us, his car would have to sit and wait until they can get a tire. REALLY!!!! Why in God's name did you remove the original tire off the rim without checking first. So the car will sit there until you get a tire. Thats nuts! I called the service department and spoke with Chris, who told me he was not sure when the tire would get there. I said that was crazy. He then says he will talk with his manager and call me back. He calls me back and tells me that they are putting on the car's donut tire and for my son to drive the car to Tempe Honda. They have the tire. Another inconvenience!!! He should have told us this yesterday! After all I have read on this service dept. I told my son go and get your car and pray they haven't touched anything else. If so I will go further for sure. They are picking up the car and not, yes, not going to Tempe but back to Peoria, to ARROWHEAD HONDA! They are a great dealership. Brandon rocks! We should have gone there in the first place , but we figured it was just a tire. Who knew! Never again! Arrowhead sold us the car and now will be the only one to service it. Oh and by the way Arrowhead has the tire in stock! No Hassles at Arrowhead! AutoNation is not worth your time!!!!!
