  • Their service department are thieve and murderer! They replace my 3 month old, almost brand new tire with cheap mirror flat tire. I didnt realized that until it almost got three of us killed one night when it was raining and the vehicle was very hard to control. I contacted them regarding this, and they said they will get back to me, until today it has been three weeks, looks like they dont care about their reputation and their client's life and safety. Anyway, I had my tire replaced at costco. I have a VW Toureg 2013 Lux TDI. Which VW are responsible for repair the emission because of their scandal. After the repair, the fuel indicator is not working properly. I told the service guy this issue, and he want me to pay the diagnose fee. I told this service guy who named Jorge my car had no issue before the repair, he said there may be a coincidence so I have to pay for the diagnose fee. Well, that is how bad they are after you bought their top level vehicle.
