rev:text	Long story short, as everyone else says below the Fees are crazy ! there is just about a fee for every single thing, a fail , an appointment reschedule , missed appointment. ect... The part that angers me the most is i am now having car issues with my starter , i went to the third party companys J&R auto and Cottman, I got my device installed at J&R and let me start off by saying that guy is a creep!!!!!!!! anywho after moving i started going to cottman and that is when my device started giving me problems, first problem was it disconnected completely from under my hood , it wouldn't even turn on and allow me to blow i had to have the on call tech come out at 11:00 at night where he began to tell me if it was the devices fault i wouldn't be charged but if it had something to do with me or my car, i would be charged $35 for his drive out. It was the devices fault after all and i didn't get charged. After a week or so my car started to have trouble starting ( to me i assumed the battery) so i went and replaced the battery in my brand new car, it seemed to be fine for about another week then it started acting up again, i would have to atleast try to start my car twice before i actually got it to start! i took it to there corporate office because at this point i was fed up and tired of them trying to blame it on my car what they noticed was that the cored that connects from the device to the car had a clip that was ready to snap off and it wasn't fully connected. so they replaced it! again no charge because it wasn't my fault ! My car is starting on the first try now but i can still hear some of the trouble it has WANTING to start so i will assume ill be replacing a starter in my car pretty soon. I only have four months left with this place and i hope it goes by smooth because I've about had it with this company and these recycled devices!!!! Seek Elsewhere PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
