  • I'm not sure where to start. For about a month I've been calling trying to get all the right information for medical waste (needles) & bulk trash pick up. When I first called about a month ago I was told my bulk trash pick up days. Which I missed, my fault. Then I was told that for the needles it's rotated between two locations for drop off. I call today trying to see which location and what days for my pick up. Now all of a sudden there's no bulk pick up for my house and I can just throw the needles in the trash?! Why can't I get the same answer from everyone. Why am I being told something different every time I call. I'm just gonna wait for the stupid truck and start throwing it all in there my self. Oh and pretty much $40 for pick for a fridge. I might as well of had sears take it for $15 less!
