| - My husband and I love this auto care place. We typically do weekend oil changes here and the staff is just so kind, warm, welcoming--and most importantly--helpful. This place was actually recommended when I dropped off my Mazda for an oil change at the dealership's service. The person said this place not only better service/quality, but cheaper. And he was right. I have a 2008 Mazda and my husband has a 2013 Hyundai, and we've been coming here for three years.
Since we come here so often for oil changes or any car issues, we have the premiere gold membership. It was free, because we come here so often so we always get complimentary offers with our oil change/auto care services. For instance, I had an oil change this weekend and the guy over the phone asked about my mileage (130,000 -- yeek!) and said that that there was free tire rotation with that. Awesome. So I make the appointment at 10 a.m., go see a movie and run a few errands, and the car is ready for pick up when I'm done with the day. Easy. (Typically the oil changes take less than an hour... we just like to get stuff done on weekend mornings.)
What I also like about this place is that they don't pressure you about something you don't want done. For instance, they found that I needed a new battery with my oil change. Since I have AAA and a purchased battery with them, I told them about my warranty. They were like, "Great, see you next time... just keep that in mind in the future."
And just looking at the reviews... I don't know what these people are talking about when it comes to customer service. The customer service is probably what I love best about this place. Seems like a community and the manager, Adam, is super helpful and kind.
