Customer service responded to my initial poor review stating I should call the GM as he would like to make this right. I called and left a message on Monday and haven't heard anything yet. I'm not sure how he could make this right, anyhow. The original finance person essentially lied to my husband and I to get us to purchase extended warranties, we've finally been able to cancel them, and the length of our loans have been reduced, but our monthly payments which we were trying to keep as low as possible will not change, and that's what we needed. Had Chris been clear and explained that our monthly payments would stay the same after canceling the warranty, we never would have signed up. We were clear with him from the start that we needed a certain payment, and he convinced us to purchase the warranties as they would reduce our interest rates and we could easily cancel the warranties but keep the same reduced interest rate thereby lowering our payments even . This whole process has been a nightmare and has left a really bad taste in my mouth about buying a car from here. The original process was awesome and we loved the sales people, and even recommended that friends and family go there. After this experience, we are making clear to family and friends to stay away.
