  • Don't ever buy an appliance from LOWES! My refrigerator is less than two years old and this is the second time it has broken. I have been without a refrigerator now for 12 days and I'm being told it will be another two weeks at least. I have extended warranty service that IPAID for and they are telling me there's nothing they can do we have to wait for the part. When I asked to speak with management I am told managers do not interact with customers. Total BS expecting a family to live a month without a refrigerator! Never again!!! You have lost a cuisine lowes!
