I haven't been here in about 8 months but not much has changed since my last visit. The folks at the desk mean well but the equipment isn't always up to par. The other night, I was on lanes 19 and 20. Although 20 was lit and working fine, lane 19 was quite the opposite. The light at the end of the lane, where the pins are, was not working. We weren't able to see the pins real well although if you threw a ball out there it would still take your score. Hmm. That was a bit of a problem. We called a few different technicians and after maybe the 2nd game, the lane started working. Haha! Oh dear! The staff are all friendly, like I said. . . but sometimes the equipment isn't holding up too well. The late night bowling was nice because it was mid week and wasn't too busy. We were lucky that way. Shoes are pretty worn out but at least they aren't completely falling apart. The bartenders are often flustered but are doing their absolute best to have the best attitude while making your poison. BTW, they make pretty good micheladas. The bowling center isn't anything fancy but it a place for some good old fashioned fun. The lanes aren't real oily but they aren't bone dry either. Folks at the pro shop are very helpful. They helped to condition my ball for me the last time I was there. They even gave me some pointers on my throw. I enjoy coming here whenever I can. Let's hope it'll be sooner than 8 or so months from now.
