rev:text	I've had hit and miss experiences with this store. While the sales staff is always friendly, they aren't always available to help. I'm not sure if it's an understaffing issue, a sales management issue, or just plain lack of sales and multi-tasking abilities? I drove to this SA store from downtown Phoenix specifically to do a deal today. I brought with me a guitar that I was interested in trading in. Went through the usual check-in process at the door and ventured into the guitar area. I approached the counter and told one of the "busy" sales guys that I was there to look at a particular guitar AND that I had one of my guitars with me to use as a trade. Now, one would think that if someone came into an establishment showing all the buying signals that I was emitting, someone would show some interest in helping me. Nope...not the slightest. I stood around looking and playing the guitar I was there to buy and still no one came over. I had some questions about the prices and other things and yet not one of the three sales guys who were on the floor gave me the time of day. I was literally walking around the floor with my trade-in guitar in tow. Again, even a novice sales person would pick-up on a customer's serious intent to buy and offer some help! No dice. After about 25 minutes of me standing there, I left. No deal, no purchase, no business. I've always liked SA over GC because the sales people used to be attentive w/out being pushy. Now it appears they just don't care.
