I am excited to receive my bar stools (if they ever arrive!). I ordered 3 bar stools back in November 2017 because there were no locations close to us. We paid $140.00 for delivery yet nothing has been delivered yet. I have spoken with customer service, even requesting to cancel delivery so I can pick up the bar stools (rather spend time driving now) however, the product is now sold out at the closest locations to me. Every time I spoke with customer service, they say that the stools should arrive in 2 weeks. My main issue is that I have to reach out to them. They never emailed to let me know that my delivery would be incredibly delayed (their website promised 2-9 business days). It has now been 40 business days (or 2 months) and no product has been delivered. So buyer beware. You may have to wait a REALLY long time for delivery and you will be the one reaching out to them to find out what happened to your order.
