  • David has been managing and helping me co-host for my Airbnb listing for a while now and his customer service is wonderful! He is very prompt when there are emergencies including driving out to help the guests on-site. He is always only a text/call away when I need advice on Airbnb issues. He also reminds me when the batteries in my smart lock are low! He does a good job adjusting the daily rental rates on the Airbnb calendar to increase last minute bookings as well as raising the rates ahead of time for conventions/festivals. I see myself working with David for a long time!
