rev:text	What can I say. Exceptional service. Ask for Shyam!!! Reading the reviews on Yelp, one would suggest that these men could care less about customer service. On the contrary if one is trying to close a sale and your coming in to just look around, OBVIOUSLY your not a priority. Having said that, my experience with Shyam (one of the salesman) was exceptional. After telling him of my low back pain, He took my wife and I through 8 different types of mattresses, very much a learning experience for us both. From coil, to form, to pillow top (don't like pillow top) I was like "this guy is really trying to find the best mattress for me". In the end I was able to lay on the mattresses for a 2nd time to decided on a firm coil mattress and the bed frame, which was delivered within the week FOR FREE. He also threw in 2 free pillows and no taxes (nice compromise). Lastly, this was my first time to walk into Sleep Country, Pickering after speaking and getting quotes from Sears and a quote Hudson Bay. I was highly impressed with Shyam's knowledge, patience and ability to negotiate and help me find the perfect mattress. Tip: For those looking to buy a new mattress, wait until you have a budget for at least..... $900.00. If not, DO NOT WALK INTO A STORE AND WASTE THE SELLERS TIME..... Save your money, research online, and walk-in with a FIRM idea of what you want. If you do this, guaranteed you will walk out with the mattress you need and want. But don't walk in just to look, your wasting people's time when others (like myself) are looking to buy NOW!!! Thanks Shyam,
