  • I came in on a weekday to check out the Lab. We were greeted by a very nice guy named Ben. He gave my 7 year old and I a tour of the facility and answered all of my questions. My son is autistic and sadly, he was assaulted in kindergarten, while at public school. The LAB is giving him confidence and teaching him to responsibly defend himself. The instructors are skilled and patient. I later found out that the nice guy who gave us our tour was Ben Henderson, the UFC and WEC champion. This is an awesome facility filled with talented and humble people. You can't go wrong here.
