rev:text	Where to begin? Ok from the beginning. On my initial appointment for a simple chapter 7 I was quoted almost $2000. When I declined at that price, magically it went down to $900. Which was still more than competitors. But ok, I chose to hire them, that's on me. I had an extensive conversation with the attorney about how this would benefit my situation, and considering that I am no longer a young woman I discussed my concerns on rebuilding my credit post bankruptcy. I was assured more than once that this was part of what I was paying for, help in reestablishing my credit after bankruptcy. The attorney was extremely nice and assured me that the firm would educate me on rebuilding and starting over. I heard at least 100 times the words "clean slate". It's lies! It is all lies!! With the exception of the mandatory pre-and post-filing counseling one must take on line, no one offered me any suggestions, any education, or anything else for that matter on reestablishing my credit and continuing with my life. Now I am almost 6 months post bankruptcy and everything that I have applied for tells me that I have too many delinquencies? What the hell did I file bankruptcy for? I was assured a clean slate!! I understand that I now have the bankruptcy on my credit, which I was well aware would hinder me to an extent. But if I am still dealing with all of the delinquencies and still have everything showing on my credit report then why did I pay these people $900 to screw me up even more? I am literally worse off than I was pre-bankruptcy. I will never recommend them to anyone. I would never use them again for anything. They flat out lied! Once they get your money they don't give a rats behind what happens in your life. I'm a senior citizen that now can't get water on credit. It is worse than before I filed. Sandra Oswalt, you should be ashamed of yourself! How do you sleep at night?
