  • I thought perhaps I might be okay with the "pay for everything" concept but when we land and then cannot get to the gate because another plan is there, then another one, and the flight attendants are cavalier and it take 45 minutes or more just to get to a gate to get off the plane, I started thinking, hmmm? Then when I return home and my bag is lost and Garrett at the baggage counter basically has a too bad, nothing we can do, just fill out this form attitude, I start thinking, really? When a whole day passes and not one person called me and I get voice mail to check on my bag, then still no call back the next day, and then when I reach Lori, she if the first and ONLY person to say "I'm sorry" about my bag, and then returns my call later in the day I realize this airline must also expect you to pay for good customer service along with everything else you have to pay. This is the worst airline I have ever encountered. The lady who checked my bag and then boarded the plane at the gate was literally fussing at all of the customers and said "I can't have you holding up my plane because you have an extra carry on to check, and there's a cost. (Of course there's a cost!!!) Rude! I will avoid this airline even if it means I make 2 stops along the way.
