  • I am not sure what has happened! They have trimmed trees for us and I was very happy! I have been trying to get a quote from them this time, and have been completely ignored! They said they were going to send someone out and look at what needed to be done, and send a quote via email. It has been almost three weeks, and nothing! Very disappointing! I understand being busy, a phone call would of been great! To be ignored is bad customer service! Thank you, thank you, thank you! The owner, after seeing my review sent me a message right away apologizing, and asked for my number! I was immediately called, and an appointment was scheduled! The guys arrived at the scheduled time, and Dave and is team did an awesome job! The trees trimmed are beautiful! I am having them return in a couple of months for additional work! Good customer service is alive and well with Liberty Tree experts! Your the best!
