  • Boy, do I have some comments to make. First of all, the apartments themselves are nasty. The hallway carpets are stained, there's trash everywhere, and when someone threw up in the elevator the cleaner did a lazy job of cleaning it and left remains that most likely are still there. I called maintenance about our broken dishwasher and never heard back. I have went into the office and made multiple calls because they deactivated my key code to get in, and they never fixed it. A couple of the staff members are extremely unprofessional and rude. There's a few new nice ones, I'm sure they'll leave soon. One in particular was so unbelievably rude and disrespectful to both my roommate and I. I have never received such poor customer service and will be reporting it to higher ups as well as speaking with who is in charge tomorrow. She was sarcastic, rude, and unhelpful. The woman we signed our lease with has since left, but her entire personality changed after we handed over the money. She became equally as rude and demanding as the other girl I mentioned. I'm giving you people over a grand a month, please pull together enough class to show some respect. And fix my key code. Recommending no one lives here. The hot-tub is nice, that is the only positive I have to say. (Oh but wait, usually the gates are locked and it was broken for months, so it really isn't that great either) Rant over.
