  • I read an article online that Dr. Brinkman had been working with doggles to provide prescription eye care for dogs in 2004 and wanted to see if he was still active in providing the service. The receptionist or person that answered the phone was very rude and strongly indicated, "No, that was before my time. He does not do that anymore and it is impossible to prescribe a dog glasses." She was very belittling and told me that if I was concerned about my dogs eyes I should take my dog in somewhere. Why would I schedule a visit with a vet that hires a woman that is straight out demeaning and belittling to the pet owners. ..... Very uncompassionate person!!!!! I had simply called for information and had probably brought my dog in to see Dr. Brinkman but after a brief conversation with this woman,....NO THANK YOU! Wow.
