  • Looks like their still having issues with the seriousness and safety of the airbags recalls. After I received notice about the recall in my Nissan Versa for possible metal shards being shot out of the airbag if it deploys (which has caused multiple deaths) I reached Kevin at the service department who was very cheery until I let him know my meaning of business. After I had let him know I wanted to bring my car in for the recall he immediately started to discourage me saying that they had a very busy schedule today and I would have to drop my car off, which was no problem as I said. Then over and over he reiterated that they were very busy today and I would have to leave my vehicle. I then let him know another family member had dropped their Nissan Versa off at a dealership near them, and was able to sign an agreement and get a rental to use so they did not have to continue to drive around a now dangerous vehicle. As soon as I mentioned this to Kevin he immediately got an attitude and asked if I was even over the age of 21. I am in fact 29 years old and am not even sure why my age matters at this point. After I let him know my age he started to rebuttal the rental idea with saying the car dealership will only cover a rental for a few days (as if it wouldn't work for me) This is not the case which I have found out from other dealers, and I have a child that has to ride in this vehicle that is so "inconvenient" to be fixed at this dealership. I would NOT recommend giving your business to this dealership to the fact that if something happens to your that could result in serious injury or death, they will be too busy for you and your family's safety. 0 stars if I could give it.
