  • Would have not even highlighted a star. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! these people bill for services and medication that were never provided and can never be covered by any Insurance companies. I have been dealing with an issue with this office for the past two years, I have been billed for medication that was never authorized or administered. I've ask for explanation of benefits and proper signed authorization and have not received either. I have confirmed with my insurance company that Radiant Smiles never contacted or submitted a claim for said services. Staff at this office are corrupt and unqualified. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I visited this office.
