  • I was dissatisfied with my service the other night. 1st time they were out of ketchup and spicy ketchup. So I asked for another sauce and was told I'd be charged if I wanted one. RIDICULOUS!!! You're telling me that you've not ordered enough product for your customers, and you need the 38cents that badly. I would if I were an owner comp sauces if I were out, because it's my fault.
