Upper crust serves a thin crust New York style pizza.
I have been going here for a long time and I am surprised I still get tricked into going there when I get pizza cravings.
The pizza is great when it is made correctly. I ordered a pizza with sausage, pepperoni, ricotta, and basil. Honestly not even a pizza. It was basically a focaccia. There was only one piece of pizza that had sausage, barely any ricotta. There is barely any sauce or cheese leaving the whole pizza with 4 inches of crust. I don't know if it's the owners being ridiculously cheap or just a bad pizza cook. This has been happening a lot over the last couple years.
I also wouldn't get the basil, it will not be fresh. Also if you get take out then take the, "it will be ready in 15 minutes" with a huge grain of salt. Takes 40 minutes every time. Unfortunately the only thing that is good there are their calzones. I really don't like how this place is being operated and I left feeling taken advantage of by the lack of ingredients on the pizza. Give me what I paid for please.
