  • I "booked online" only to wait 24 hours for a confirmation. By confirmation, I mean a notice that my booking was unable to be processed. Terrible interface with 0 customer service. It would have been nice to know my request would not be processed without having to wait an entire day to arrange transportation with a more reliable/responsive transportation provider.
