I recently moved back to Madison and was trying to find a salon that was close to home but didn't skimp on quality. As any of you that live on the east side know, there are very few salons to choose from. I took a chance with Posha and I was not disappointed! I badly needed a haircut and color after a cross country move, and before my upcoming wedding.
I made an appointment with Heather after reading a lot of great reviews that mentioned her name when it came to color. When I arrived Heather happened to be the one to greet me and offered me something to drink. I waited only for a few short minutes in their comfy waiting area.
I brought clip in extensions with me that I want to wear for my upcoming wedding for a color match. She looked at them both in the salon light and the sun light for about 30 seconds. I was skeptical, and even offered that she could keep them out to look at. She put them away, and then proceeded to create magic. Let me tell you it was an EXACT match! Her eye for color is really impressive!
The haircut itself was exactly what I wanted. I have fine hair, but a ridiculous amount of it. She created some great layers and got rid of some of the bulk in my hair. She let me know what products she used in my hair, but was never pushy. I had a couple of questions about products or techniques I could use to be able to air dry my hair a little more often and she was really knowledgeable.
I left the salon with beautiful, bouncy, shiny hair that didn't break the bank! That is everything I ever ask of a salon. I was so impressed that I made an appointment with Heather to do my hair for my bachelorette party this weekend AND a color refresh/cut next month before my wedding.
If you're thinking about making an appointment just go do it. You won't regret it!
P.S. Their online appointment system works really well and even sends you an email to enable you to confirm the appointment.
