After lunch at Confusion, Josh took me to Café Hookah, where I immediately fell in love and became a regular. They have a great selection of shisha and quality hookahs. The only downside is that there is a one coal rule so it'll last about half an hour before you can buy another one. I tried all of their house specialty drinks which were really good, except the Jack Pomme Vert (Jack Daniels and green apple liqueur). I'd rather have Jack and Diet. The Kyoto is unique with its kiwi syrup and the Café Quebecois is awesome with its whiskey and coffee. The owner was nice enough to make me another specialty himself, the Gouache, that is really sweet and tastes like candy and Hawaiian Punch. Not my favorite, but it's good for someone who doesn't like strong drinks, and it looks pretty cool too.
The atmosphere at Hookah is perfect. Dimly lit with brightly colored accents and niches for lounging or booths. There's always great music playing. During the day they play chill songs and at night they play electronic/dub step (and you know I love dub step!). The people who work here really make this place though. Each one of them is fantastic and so friendly, even the owner! Since they have free wifi this place has become my new writing spot. Love love love!
