  • Came to look at a dripping faucet and determined it needed a new one. Said they were ordering it that day and it would take 7 days for it to arrive at my house. Checked in with them 14 days later and they were going to check on it. They called me back 28 days later saying it would be delivered that day. It never came. Called them again 32 days later and they send me a confirmation saying the new faucet is shipping today. They forgot to order it and took 32 days to finally do it!! Unbelievable.
