  • This company is AWFUL! We signed a contract for a replacement pool liner. It was supposed to be installed within 7 to 10 days. I gave the owner Ted 2 grand up front.....and waited for a MONTH to even get the liner. It then took several days to have it installed. Summers in Cleveland only last for 3 months so I didn't get to use the pool for over half of the summer!! THEN there were leaks in the liner. Ted told me he called a leak detection company in TOLEDO...what we have none of them in the CLEVELAND area!! Well, I called the company and they had no knowledge of my address...HE LIED AGAIN!! Ted and his son Teddy are liars and bad business people. I have hired legal counsel and hope to get my money back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
