  • I would give zero stars, if I could. We hired H & S to install new brackets on our gutters around our entire house-- we were told they also should have been screwed in rather than nailed, and they would do that, too. They came, "did it", I paid and they left. Only, they did not do it. My husband got up on the roof to blow leaves and NOT ONE new bracket had been installed. The assumption that I have made in regards to this is they had no idea that I am married to someone who still blows his own leaves and cleans his own gutters and thought that we would never know the work was not done. They have come out to do the job properly.
