  • GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Took my 83 year old Mom in to deal with problems with her hearing aids. Melissa and her staff were incredible. They were patient, understanding, and truly interested in helping my Mom with her hearing aids, and I didn't even purchase the hearing aids from Melissa!!! She took the time to explain everything to my Mom so she understood, and made her feel very comfortable. Can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. I was super appreciative how how treated my Mom, and won't be taking her anywhere else from now on!
