  • If I could offer, no stars, I would. I honestly felt violated. I had purchased two massages at Cloud Nine Wellness Spa and the experience was awful. Getting ahold of someone is nearly impossible and once they do get around to it, it's via text. The building where this is located seems empty and the business name is nowhere to be found. It gives the impression that the two masseuses rent a room in the building. My boyfriend and I have been to multiple places/franchises before and requested a couple's massage. However, my boyfriend's female masseuse didn't use enough lotion/oil; hurting his skin as she twisted and wringed. My male masseuse used too much. He also made a few passes during the session, which made me uncomfortable and tense. Unfortunately nothing was voiced until afterwards because I didn't want charges to be pressed. This is a place I would never recommend to anyone. It should be shut down.
