I used this company since I had used Allied Van Lines to move me to Vegas plus I needed packing and storage as I was not immediately relocating. The packers ran out of boxes and tape so I ran to Lowe's to get more and find this bizarre as I had never had this happen. I ran out on errands and when I got back thinking they would be done they weren't even close. They took hours and it was only a one bedroom. They had my items in storage for five months and I paid hundreds of dollars to have it properly stored. When I finally got an address and they delivered the truck was over due and eventually got there a day and 1/2 later. I am a single widowed lady and would have been here alone but my cousin and a friend came to help and thank goodness they did. The driver was arrogant and non apologetic as he threw down red paper on the floor saying they gave red carpet service. What a joke as he never came up until the very end and that left one local guy here trying to get items up even with an elevator. My cousin's friend had a broken foot trying to help as he said the driver was just throwing stuff off truck watching it break then he would go to the cab and talk on his phone. Why did I hire "professional" movers that were worse than horrible. I have an antique brass cash register, oak ice box, dining table, art work, adjustable bed all destroyed. Thank goodness I was insured and the adjuster came yesterday and was surprised at the damage done. My cash register may be damaged as unrepairable as the driver literally dropped on the pavement. The adjustor said the table will not be able to be fixed and on and on....... Why they will fix or replace items no one has said you are going to get a refund because they did a dismal job. I would have been better with cheap guys are us. Never ever would I recommend Berger Allied and I would say run from them. Mr. Bill Gould paints a good picture as he is a nice man but they don't deliver they destroy everything from there on and even the price kept changing with price of packing. It was like the two guys were seeing how slow they could move....no excuse. Horrible Horrible company
