Been going here since it opened. Honestly don't know why I even bother. Last two times I have been here, people are waiting so long that they have left from behind me in line. Only 1 person is always working. I am the general manager of a huge company here in the valley and have to say that you will close if you don't start running this the right way. Building sales will pay your rent. But if there are no sales ... Well you get it. Overlook your labor for the first few months and have enough help to get it on its feet. Or whoever is the manager ... Needs to be there for a helping hand when needed ..... then it won't affect your labor, your employees have the help they need, and your customers are helped & happy. Today no communication, the police officer behind me left after the emp. hadn't even recognized him after 15 min. The drive through seems to be a priority than the customers in the front which should be equal. I hope you find this to help you as you seriously will need to Re-think your business skills.
Today I left after being extremely patient for 25+ minutes. Went to horizon ridge and 95 location, Called to have it ready was in and out in 2 min. Thanks Nick!
