  • Our cat Kato passed away on a Saturday morning and we were so upset. My daughter literally grew up with him as he was 18 yrs old. We wanted to have him cremated and found PALS. From the 1st call to pickup it has been a blessing. They are all so kind and helpful. It was a sad time for us and they made it easy and so respectful. I will recommend PALS to anyone because they are there on the weekends and also for being so understanding of our needs and our pets. Thank you. Christina and Celina
