  • Small store, small staff, awkwardly unprofessional manager. When I have dropped things off with other staff members, it is fine, albeit a wait due to the store size. Twice when I have been in with the manager alone, she has stayed with the previous customer, chatting about her personal life and feelings about her staff, with no mention of how long it might be until she can help me. She seems to know people coming in, which might be a nice personal touch for a small store, but sharing every detail about staffing and her own life feels unprofessional. Especially when I wait 15 minutes to make a few copies. Won't be going back.
