  • I've been a very loyal customer to aveda salons & products for almost 20 years! I never thought I would be giving a negative review but my experience at this store was horrible!!! I had an appointment for a facial and arrived early. I apologized for being early & asked if she could do the facial early or I offered to come back in an hour for my scheduled time. She responded with something like well actually your appointment isn't until tomorrow but I guess I could take you now even though you're here on the wrong day. I had questions about a new product. She acted like I was bothering her & an annoyance. I should have left & gone to another aveda store but I needed product & didn't want to spend more time than I had. She inferred she was an owner and then said the store was privately owned by husband & wife. If she is somehow related to the owner, that makes her behavior so much worse!!! She was extremely rude, dismissive & condescending. I've never experienced anything like it in 20 years of being a loyal customer!!! And never will again cuz I will not be returning to this aveda experience center at SanTan village ever!! And if you want the true aveda client experience you deserve, go to any of the other awesome aveda stores & salons!!
