  • Inspiringly bad costumer service. I spoke with several reps on the phone attempting to schedule someone to come out to repair a 1 car garage door that I had bought and had installed by Lodi. The door was stuck half way open, and because I store valuables in that garage I needed it shut before I could leave my home. Lodi was not only unhelpful, but really quite rude. Standard decencies like "hello" "what can I help you with" or "goodbye" were ignored while I was shuffled from rep to rep. After telling me they couldn't get anyone out to resolve the issue for over 72 hours, I asked if there was anyway I could close the door manually in the mean time or if someone could possibly get out sooner. I was told "no" and I was hung up on. Because I needed the garage shut I immediately began looking for another company that would help me. The 1st company I called not only sent someone out to repair the door within 1 hour, but the technician also showed me how to manually close the door (turns out it is possible). After looking at several other reviews, I've noticed that a common theme with Lodi is not taking care of their customers after they have their money. There are plenty of other garage door companies that provide good products as well as good customer service. Save yourself the stress and frustration by choosing one of them.
