  • We had a nice clean room. Upon checking out my daughter stepped on a dirty heroin needle in the parking lot. The staff did not seem to concerened. They took our information. They didn't have any incident reports. We were told the manager would call us the next business day. We are still waiting. We spent an entire day in the ER when we should have been driving home. After $3500.00 worth if anti-hiv meds for my daughter, and she needs to be checked every 3 months for the next year for Hep C
