  • I brought two Shih Tzus to Darcy's and they have been coming there for a while. But this is the third time that Darcy's Grooming has cut our dogs and left them bleeding without letting us know. This time our dog's back left toe nail was cut too deep. When I tried to go back in to ask for help, they had locked up and left the minute I walked out. I ended up with an injured dog and blood on my shirt, shorts, and my car. This is it. We are no longer coming back here. Hurting animals and not informing the owner is irresponsible and reckless. We would have given the benefit of the doubt if they just informed us. Highly disappointed
