  • Housekeeping staff needs retrained!!!!! Since when is it acceptable to leave hair on the pillows and the bedding? The stentch of pot smoke was overwhelming as soon as we opened the door. We had 2 bed room both of us pulled the sheets back to find hairs in the bed. My bed also had a pastie sticker backing and fuzz or rodent droppings all over it who knows what it wasn't touching it. The decorative pillow had a ton of hair stuck to it...gross. The clerk gave us another room this time when pulling back the sheets one of the beds had a bunch of pubes at the foot of the bed. Just disgusting. Total time at the hotel 15 mins, this didn't stop them from charging us for a night even though we were told the charge was reversed. This hotel may be close to the mall, but there are a ton of better hotels in the area, save your time and money and head to another hotel.
