  • This is a long overdue review, but Randy and Janine helped me purchase my home in Power Ranch (in Gilbert, AZ) in December 2015. We had started planning a cross country move to AZ six months prior and based on a friend's recommendation called Janine. She helped me tremendously through a very long, difficult sale of my prior home on the East Coast and with a very difficult buyer of my new home. Janine and Randy were always there for us and did everything to make the process easy. However the very best and kindest thing was that we moved into our house on December 23rd. I had told her how my kids were upset that we had not been able to decorate for Christmas before we moved and that I told them we would not be able to decorate much. When we arrived to our new home, Janine had purchased and put up a Christmas tree in our living room and hung lights on our house. We were so moved by this gesture. This was more than a realtor, but a neighbor, and a genuinely good and kind person. I guarantee that you will be more than happy if you select this wonderful team for your real estate needs!
