  • I went back a few weeks later for a back fill, to the same person, Ivy. Very disappointed. The product was so thick on my nails and I told her I wanted them thin. But they didn't end up thin. I felt like she was in a hurry and she was constantly looking and listening to the other nail techs and what they were saying. I was so unhappy that after a few days, I actually went to another salon and had them fixed. Had to pay for it, but I got what I originally wanted and I am finally pleased from the service I received from another salon.....
