Too good to be true. Went online to schedule an appointment and I was totally pleased with the web experience. I later showed up at the shop on time and ready to go!
I was greeted by a long wait and the service manager telling me the computer system was down. Things happen, so I understand.
He then proceeded to tell me that they might be able to get my car in to their shop in a couple hours and they only had one mechanic today. WTF was the purpose of me filling out everything online and showing up on time.
The computer finally came up and the clerk couldn't find my appointment. Then It turned out that I didn't have the right paper with me so they couldn't do the work anyways, my fault, but perhaps they could have told me what to bring to begin with.
He suggested I call next time because the appointment system is bogus... what a sham! Why would I bother wasting my time with them "next time".
