| - There is something very undeniable about a large majority of retail stores. We've all experienced it, we all know it and I can attest to it as a one time retail employee. What am I referring to? Bad customer service of course. 75% (I totally made that number up) of retail employees all seem to live by one code of conduct, "FML".
Experience has taught me that most of the time, it's just a job. Just a job...that is, unless you work for Gamestop. Electronic stores, especially Gamestops have employees that actually like their job, like what they do and instill a sense of pride and passion in the services in which they provide.
This location by far has the friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable (in that order) employees of all the Gamestops in Charlotte. I just picked up Madden '11, (BTW for the record, kinda sucks) and as usual, this shopping trip was more than congenial.
So before I exchange it for something better, who wants some of the Chargers on PS3!?
