| - So I've been to the downtown location multiple times and I've been to this one three times now. The first two visits were fine, but this last one was pretty bad. The previous time I came in, the place was packed with a 30+ minute wait. This time, it was almost dead inside.
We sat at the bar. Our bartender never introduced himself, but the check said Josh, so I'm assuming that was our guy - black spiked hair, triangular sideburns. It was pretty much an all out fail this last time. There were about a half dozen employees hanging out at the end of the bar, looking bored. They were slinging racist jokes and dropping F bombs, just a few feet away from us! Real classy. I couldn't help but wonder where the hell management was at!
We got two beers, which BOTH had some kind of mystery "floaties" in them, after which we were eyeballing our plates and flatware. Pizza took a long time and was bland. We got a large house salad which was entirely lettuce. Literally, there was like one piece of onion and a half a slice of tomato. Inattentive, unpleasant service when there was no one in there, bland food, dirty dishes...The only reason I'm giving three stars is the other two times the pizza was good and service was fine. They do also have a healthy beer selection. Just an off night I guess, but if that was my first time I would never come back! Management, crack the whip! You haven't been open long enough to be this lazy! I'll give it a break for a while or just stick to the downtown location which has always been fine.
P.S. The cheese in their caprese salad is breaded and fried, which is not mentioned on the menu. On the menu, it reads like a normal caprese. I did not like the fried spin on it.
