  • This was the worst dental office I have ever been to. Our appointments as new patients were at 2:30 and 3 pm. We walked gave our identification and then sat down and waited 10 minutes. The gal then returned and asked us to fill out information. (Could have had it completed in the 10 minutes she was gone copying the ID's.) Finally started my appointment at 3:10 after sitting in a dirty waiting area. Had a consult? I came to get my teeth cleaned and establish a dentist. The inside of my mouth was cut up from the x rays, the cleaning was brief if that, the dentist didn't even know how many teeth I had removed, nor did he seem to care. He did the sonic cleaning then out the door. Had to send my husband in to get my new tooth brush. Decided this was NOT the dentist office for us. Contacted a new dentist, requested my x-rays, that my insurance had paid, for be transferred to the new dentists office and was informed I would be charged $25 each to have them sent to the new dentist. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I even offered to come pick them up and was informed I would still be charged. AVOID THIS OFFICE!!!!
