  • If I could use negative stars I would. This company offered deals on both Groupon and Living Social. After purchasing the Living Social deal, which as $25 for $250 to spend on services, I was told that it only includes 2 B-12 shots ($25/each) and the Doctor consultation. However, this was not stated on Living Social. They refused to uphold their mistake of not including details and only saying the purchaser could use the deal on $250 worth of services. I wanted to use the $250 worth of services on their $170 initial visit, which includes: 60 days of appetite suppressant, 2 B-12 shots, Lab Work and EKG, and Doctor visits. Sounds like a great deal right? WRONG! The $25 you are paying on Living Social is only for the shots and Doctor consultation. Jessica, who said she was the manager, said she was the only one in the office and refused to let me talk to anyone else. She said she was fine with the deal lying to customers. If they are unethical in their business practices, why would you want to trust them with your health? Immediately requested a refund from Living Social. If you purchased a deal there or on Groupon, ask for a refund and spread the word.
