  • Horrible customer service. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all. She wasn't able to answer a simple question and when asked if there was someone who could provide an answer she said no, you have to come and be evaluated. She then proceeded to hurry off the phone. For a medical facility this type of service is unacceptable.
