  • They completely rush you when you get a pedi/mani combo and the end result is borderline decent. I only tolerated this place because it's conveniently located near my house. However, today's experience showed me differently. Went in this afternoon, the young receptionist was very kind and helpful. However, some of the nail ladies were absolutely terrible. They were talking trash about customers in front of them (in Chinese). I know this- because I can understand mandarin as well. When I informed the receptionist that I could understand everything they were saying and how unprofessional this all was, she apologized on their behalf. The other ladies just played dumb and watched. Honestly, I don't care for an apology. I'm just saying the entire thing was not a pleasant experience. This is no loss on my end. I will not come back here again and i rarely, if ever, write yelp reviews.
